relational psychotherapy guided by curiosity and compassion
i weave care and support with lived experience and liberatory praxis.
As a diasporic Vietnamese and Teochew eldest child, I grew up carrying the weight of multicultural expectations, responsibilities, and emotional labor. Unsure of where I ended and others began, I struggled to fit together the pieces of myself into something that felt lasting and whole. In a way, my whole life has prepared me for and led me to care work, which continues to transform me in return. Read more about me here.
I enjoy sharing space with folks who are exploring their identities, navigating in-betweens, and imagining and experimenting with new possibilities by tending a practice of awareness, compassion, and embodiment.
